Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. A wagering requirement means you need to bet your bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw it. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱20,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to real withdrawable cash. Different games may contribute differently toward wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less. Always check the specific bonus terms in your account.

Yes. If you've claimed a bonus but haven't started wagering, you can forfeit it through your account settings under "Active Bonuses." Once you forfeit a bonus, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your balance.
